6 halved cherry tomatoes
125 millilitres of red wine
1 red chilli (de-seeded)
Procedure
In medium heat, add olive oil in a saucepan and fry the bacon until crispy and golden brown.
Lower the heat and fry the carrots, celery sticks, garlic, and rosemary for 10 minutes or until they become soft.
Increase the heat back to medium and add the minced beef and stir until cooked for around 3 minutes.
Add the basil, oregano, tomato puree, cube of beef stock, chilli, red wine, cherry tomatoes, and plum tomatoes. Make sure to crush the plum tomatoes well.
Upon bringing the sauce to boil, cover the saucepan and let it simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes while stirring every now and then to prevent the mixture from sticking at the bottom.
Add the parmesan to the sauce and start to cook the pasta by following the instructions on the pack. Drain the spaghetti and either serve the sauce on top or mix it in.
Serve and enjoy. You may add extra parmesan or with bread on the side.
