Get creative with humorous names, decorated plates while cooking for the kids, and cheat them with the vegetables or celebrity fashion clothing at times.

A pasta salad, for example, is quick to prepare and meatballs don’t take long to get on your plate. Sweet but no sugar

When cooking for children, the little ones should taste it. Even if they are in the mood for sweets like pancakes with sugar, waffles, or rice pudding, parents are responsible for preparing the children’s favorite food with as little sugar as possible – and not letting the children eat too large quantities of the sweet dishes. However, there should be no bans, because what is forbidden is usually all the more interesting. There are many cake and muffin recipes that use less sugar than advertised. Often, sweet fruits like bananas or dried fruits like plums can significantly reduce the amount of sugar. Whether sugar or honey is used is ultimately a matter of taste. The healthy additives in honey only make up a tiny fraction, in principle, honey consists of water and sugar and does not allow sugar-free baking.
